How long does shipping take, and where do my items ship from?
All orders are shipped from our third-party warehouse, Wee Next Gen Warehouse (1234), and fulfilled by DSV via the ShipEdge platform.
We offer nationwide delivery within 5 business days. Orders placed before 2PM (Monday to Friday) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Please note: No shipping or processing occurs on public holidays.
How do I log a return?
To log a return, simply use our Returns Portal via ShipEdge. Once submitted, our system will notify the warehouse, and they’ll coordinate with DSV to collect the item from you.
Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging for a smooth collection, and that your return meets the criteria as stipulated in our refund policy.
