Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and shipped from our third-party logistics partner, Wee Next Gen Warehouse (1234). Fulfillment is handled by DSV through the ShipEdge platform.

Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Orders placed before 2PM are processed on the same business day.

Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays or during the weekend are processed the following Monday.

No processing or shipping takes place on public holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
We offer nationwide delivery within 5 business days from the time your order is processed.
Please note: While we strive to meet these timeframes, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier issues. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated should there be any delays.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
